Palm OS games on Miyoo Mini (via Mu Palm emulator)
For Mu, I'd suggest starting here (scroll down to 'running' section), it seems that some specific 'Bios' roms are needed. I would suggest that when they say files are to be placed in the RetroArch system folder, you would need to put them in the BIOS folder (since this is the Onion equivalent).

What happened to PHEM?
PHEM was great, but it appears to have been abandoned. It has largely been superseded by other projects like Cloudpilot or Mu.
