mcdata VS Akarin

I made it by finding the biome parameters for the Overworld and the Nether, converting them to dimension files, and placing them in the 1.19 default worldgen pack.

eg: /give @s dirt{CanPlaceOn:["#namespace:all"]} 1 search around to find an all block tag this ones from 1.17 but it should work until you find a better one: https://github.com/Arcensoth/mcdata/blob/master/processed/reports/registries/block/data.json

Information about what exists in the game can be generated from the server jar, which the mcdata repo uses to generate a continuously updated version of the list of several things, including a block tag that has all blocks.

I believe this is what you are looking for.

For 1.12.2 try using Akarin. Its a super optimised, (mostly "multicore") jar. And it even works with bukkit plugins!
