Overall, I'd suggest checking out GW2Mists.com, snowcrows.com, and discretize.eu and build your customized permutation

i'm kinda lost..
Make sure your builds are optimal for those contents, for raiding builds I suggest checking out snowcrows and for fractal builds I suggest discretize. With that being said, these sites show you the meta builds. You don’t necessarily have to use these, custom builds can work great as well, but of course the meta ones are going to be the “safest” choices as they are optimized to the fullest for their respective content.

Note that Hizen's builds are specifically for solo play and almost exclusively open world (unless you plan on soloing fractals/dungeons). They're amazing for where they're intended to be used, but suboptimal for group play. You can find builds for instanced play on https://hardstuck.gg and https://snowcrows.com and https://discretize.eu

The Gear Optimizer remains the most valuable feature of discretize.eu, to make the most of your build at any level of experience. /u/SpatiumPrinceps posted a full Introduction Guide to the optimizer last year, which you can use to get accustomed to it more easily, if jumping in straight away is too confusing.

i need help to start with fractals.
After those first levels you can start thinking about what role you want to play. Usually groups have a defensive support (often a quick heal firebrand), an offensive support (alac dps to complement the quick hfb), and 3 dps players. Some very experienced groups replace a defensive support with a second offensive support. discretize.eu lists some builds and has a lot of information about fractals. Any power build from there and most power raid builds from snowcrows or hardstuck.gg will work. To start, I'd recomment something like power soulbeast or power virtuoso for dps, heal firebrand for defensive support, and power alac mechanist for alac dps. But if you find something that you really like just pick that one!

Is there a guide to the end game?
Discretize have builds and guides specifically for more serious fractals, I wouldn't worry too much about a proper fractal build unless you want to get into fractal CMs, the normal runs are usually very chill in general.
