maps VS react-native-maps

Hello, I'm developing RN application with Expo on Linux and I would like to try it on my iPhone. So far it was super easy with Expo Go, but I would like to use rnmapbox which does not work with Expo Go.

https://github.com/rnmapbox/maps but you may need to extend this a little for this feature

1) do i have to eject my expo project to use https://github.com/rnmapbox/maps 2)secondly, i see a debate on v10 . I assume v10 is mapbox version and there is some controversy going on? I feel like this library will not be maintained in future?

React Native Maps SDK

I've been searching for a functional example of a SourceShape animation with Reanimated2 using the latest rnmapbox/maps.

Maplibre doesn't require a paid API. It's an open source project.I don't know what to explain, the documentation is super clear: https://github.com/rnmapbox/maps/blob/main/ios/install.md (for IOS)

RN 0.66 Could not find com.mapbox.mapboxsdk:mapbox-android-accounts:0.7.0

Are you using react-native-maps own polygons? There is a “polygon creator” example on their github: https://github.com/react-native-maps/react-native-maps/blob/master/example/src/examples/PolygonCreator.tsx

And their docsdont seem to include any draw/edit functions.

react-native-maps is the best option for handling location and maps in react native. you can use openstreet, google maps, apple maps, or any other tile overlay. also, it provides some good examples in its repository which covers most of the use cases.
