Grezzo 2 on Steam Deck?
Bit late but luxtorpeda has gzdoom as an option along with qzdl for launching with mods. You just gotta install protonup-qt from the discover store in desktop mode. A quick YouTube/Google search can show you how but that's the rough gist of it.

Favorite unsupported game on the deck
I got Star Wars Jedi Knight 2: Jedi Outcast and the Sequel Jedi Academy to run at native resolution via Luxtorpeda and that was just one of the most beautiful revalations ever. They both launch with regular Proton as well even though they are deemed unsupported but with Luxtorpeda you get a Linux-native graphics wrapper and that's just plain awesome.

Half-Life 2 - Minerva and Half-Life 2 - Entropy : Zero's native Linux ports added to Luxtorpeda for Steam
As for Team Comtress 2, that is a project which acts as a place for patches to be made to a leaked source code base of TF2 from 2017, before the Jungle Inferno update. The only working Linux version of it is own my github fork https://github.com/HurricanePootis/team-comtress-2/. I forgot which branch is currently working, and its probably either the independent branch or vphsyics-rev branch.
