Does ARC-L1 still refine Quantanium
I can't find anyone asking this before me. So, in sc-trade.tools, it says ARC-L1 doesn't refine Quantanium. And I've just gone there and indeed Quantanium is not in the material specializations list.
Now I understand it. It turns out that if it's not in the list at sc-trade.tools it doesn't mean it's not refined there, it just means it doesn't have a plus or minus yield bonus.
