Is there a zsh plugin to replicate the nushell ls function?
If you use lsd there is a --total-size option
- How do I get folder icons on the output of ls?

Is there a non-bloated way to get the terminal (xfce) to show colors for things like the prompt, files, folders, variables, and so forth?

Any way to customise Fallback Font?
I wanted to use (Nerd Font)[https://github.com/ryanoasis/nerd-fonts/] icons with (lsd)[https://github.com/Peltoche/lsd] but keep my preferred font for everything else in my Terminal. So I decided to follow the instructions in (this)[https://github.com/gabrielelana/awesome-terminal-fonts/issues/7#issuecomment-236417688] issue comment, however, as (the year old post)[https://www.reddit.com/r/MacOS/comments/p88edj/macos_default_fallback_font_on_catalina_and_newer/] states, the mentioned file (/System/Library/Frameworks/ApplicationServices.framework/Frameworks/CoreText.framework/Resources/DefaultFontFallbacks.plist) is gone.

Terminal Image and PDF Not Rendered Right/Blocky
I guess it is using https://github.com/hpjansson/chafa for that, and it needs to be using https://github.com/seebye/ueberzug/tree/2c55173878906c3b221cdef16cf083f0c412bb58

Gnome 42 and lots of Thumbnail Previews

Reason Why Open Source Maintainers Quit

- ueberzug utility is no longer maintained :(

Fuck you why are you obsessed with kitty shitty ?
Images appear on the wrong terminal window - This is intended behavior which in my opinion should be obvious to everyone who studied computer science.

Display graphics in (N)Vim, made possible by Rust and SIXELs
I was looking for an easier way to integrate graphics into my notes markdown file. Previous to this plugin, I had to open a rendered version side-by-side and found it too distracting and hard to use when working remote. First I tried out ueberzug but the found the sixel charset, together with the PR for Alacritty developing the plugin was straightforward and a lot of fun.

Have icons in extensions and folders like those of Vscode-icons
By default terminal emulators are capable of rendering fonts only. If you want to render images you might try to integrate Uberzug https://github.com/seebye/ueberzug. Or use the Kitty terminal emulator, since it can render images of of the box.
