What's the most commonly used IDE for golang development ?
Not common, but worth a mention: I've been using LiteIDE (https://github.com/visualfc/liteide/releases/latest) since Atom + Go dev ceased development.
-
Open Source IDE for Linux
There is liteide too: https://github.com/visualfc/liteide Is not super amazing but it does the job and since is purely for Go it has a few nice features. And it's very lightweight!

What is wrong with VSCode IntelliSense for GO?
I mostly use VS Code, too (or rather VSCodium), but also recommend you try LiteIDE as it's exceptionally fast.

CodePerfect 95 – A fast IDE for Go
If this is the kind of thing you are interested in, I would strongly recommend LiteIDE:
https://github.com/visualfc/liteide/releases
It's actively developed, FOSS (LGPL), native C++ (Qt), runs on Windows/macOS/Linux, supports go.mod, and uses gocode/gotools for intellisense instead of gopls. It has integrated debugging, go to definition/usages, and some refactoring support.

What are your custom treesitter language injections?
Also, I recently started using the nightly version of Neovim and I noticed that my queries were not working, so between version 0.9.4 and 0.10.0 of Neovim there are breaking changes in terms of treesitter queries, I suggest you go to this file in the ray-x/go.nvim repository so you can see the queries for both Neovim 0.9.4 and 0.10.0 versions.

What IDEA or Vscode feature/function you want to have in neovim eco-system?
You can try https://github.com/ray-x/go.nvim or at least use it's code to implement sql embed.

Looking for Advice on Neovim and Golang Workflow
I've not used it but apparently this has been recommended before for Go dev with Neovim: https://github.com/ray-x/go.nvim

nvim when I open an empty file from go
There are a handful of really good go plugins that take care of this for you, such as https://github.com/ray-x/go.nvim or https://github.com/fatih/vim-go

Problem with Treesitter textobjects
I'm using lazyvim. everything is working as expected for Go Dev environment. I'm using this plugin for the configuration ray-x/go.nvim. My problem is that the selection movements work, like af, if... but for movements like '[m', it's not working, I just get the default behavior of moving to the next '[' and not the start of the method.

Neovim + Golang Set up
Despite that i have trouble setting up Golang-LSP related stuff. Go.nvim seems to do the trick science autocompletion comes with it, but I can't interpret the instructions for setting it up with NvChad .

Good and free IDE for golang
NeoVim, if you don't want to mess around configuring your own setup you can use xray-go

Jetbrains Goland vs Visual Studio Code 2022 Editikn
On a serious note though, I have been so pleased using neovim to write go. Between native LSP support and https://github.com/ray-x/go.nvim I find my setup very feature-rich and user friendly.
