  Default Kunos cars have been proven to be complete fantasy physics/no adherence to real world suspension data, unfortunately. Tire model was also somewhat fantasy. The engine was well equipped enough to emulate cars with IRL data ported in, so there was no excuse for their mistakes.   The absolute baseline necessary mods are Content Manager (CM), Custom Shaders Patch (CSP) and SOL. There are many tutorials on YouTube on how to set them up. From there on this list gives a good overview of quality mods: https://github.com/RustyChest/list-of-assetto-mods/blob/master/good_mods.md
