Show HN: Linkwarden – An open source collaborative bookmark manager
I'll definitely give it a short this weekend. Are there any plans to support different authentication methods? Like LDAP, OAuth2 etc?
I'm using linkding at the moment https://github.com/sissbruecker/linkding which also has a browser addon, the only missing thing is some form central user auth but we're using it as it is.

self hosted online bookmark with full text search, Google bookmark alternative
I currently use linkding (https://github.com/sissbruecker/linkding/) in combination with linka! (https://github.com/cmsax/linka) this gives me the flexibility and full text search looking for.

Ask HN: Do you still use browser bookmarks?
I recently imported my bookmarks into a linkding instance, and use the firefox extension to add new ones to it.
It's slightly better than the browser bookmark manager.

State of self-hosting Firefox FXA
Mozilla has the entire stack under their fxa repo: https://github.com/mozilla/fxa

How to delete all data in sync?
I can't find this information on that page, but since changing your password didn't work either, file an issue on the Firefox Accounts Github repository.
-
Self host browser profile
I think syncstorage-rs with fxa can do the job with firefox, but i see this post which concerns me if this is even possible.

Building a browser extension for PM2
PM2 DevTools was born out of a desire to interact and do something with the logs FxA produced without needing to leave the browser. Specifically, when you sign up for a new account you need to enter an account verification code in the browser, and locally this is printed in one of the process logs.
-
What do you self-host that no one's heard of?
They have a new all-in-one (https://github.com/mozilla/fxa) which seems nice. It might be my system but I cannot get it to actually run once installed. Will keep trying.

Why does Firefox the browser support WebAuthn, but Firefox Accounts only support TOTP?
Looks like a feature request was made in May 2018, but has seen little traction: https://github.com/mozilla/fxa/issues/1405
You should check on the github repo for that https://github.com/mozilla/fxa
