"VLC Media Player" on any device (Windows, Mac, etc.) and launch the program. You can find the software file at https://www.videolan.org/

How to convert .MOV files in Windows?
I believe the free VLC program will allow you to open the MOV file and export it to MP4. It's available for both macOS and Windows.
