    I ask since this there is still open source code being shared here, even if it uses proprietary systems. If we take another project as an example, OpenRCT2 could be also be considered a wrapper around a closed source commercial product, but I'd consider that to be perfectly valid as there's a lot of open source value/substance there, hence my thinking this should revolve around value/substance rather than not allowing projects that wrap non-open-source work. If moderation is expected, then it will be somewhat up to the mods to make that judgment of value/substance.

    I have signed a contract with backtrace.io a few years back, they provide us with crash reporting service. When I signed, I thought "oh well, we might get a report here and there, nothing fancy". 4000 issues later (https://github.com/OpenRCT2/OpenRCT2/labels/backtrace.io) I stand corrected.
