Problems installing GD and GD::Raw on Windows
The errors indicate raku can't find the native gd library. I'm guessing you need to install libgd first. See https://github.com/libgd/libgd.

If you want my opinion on which one to use, I would recommend this one, as there exist bindings for a huge amount of languages.
