The Libertinus font family. What do you think about the Libertinus font family?
I offered to make a compatibility between Regular and Bold versions in Libertinus Serif family (https://github.com/alerque/libertinus/issues/514) but I'm not sure whether the font family is in use.

Which is your favourite font for writing Russian?
Among the fonts that your computer does not come with, but which you can download and use for free, I like IBM Plex Serif and Libertinus Serif.

What are some serif fonts with "Wikipedia Ws"?
Also Libertinus, a fork of Linux Libertine with better Unicode math support.
- Images for an earlier query here and in r/neography regarding which font to use for table text for my conlang (Figures 1 & 2) and therefore which diacritic should best ornament vowels when adding an acute (Figure 3).

Book: Markov Chains for Programmers
- Starts running, screaming in Comic Sans.
Jokes aside, CM is not the only game for math-heavy documents. Something like Libertinus [1] would probably be more screen-friendly.

What's the most attractive font style in your opinion?
Not Microsoft Word, exactly... but LibreOffice ships with "Linux Libertine", a fantastic serif font for body text. That font hasn't been updated since its original release, but "Libertinus Serif" is a fork that is actively maintained.

What is this font for the "Sand" theme on Android 11?
The first looks like Arbutus Slab. The second reminds me of Libertinus Serif.

Whatever happened to this Open Source font project? I'm looking for background-layers : source.sfd
Linux Libertine was abandoned in 2012. You should have a look at Libertinus, it’s the best fork and includes the initials typeface

Fontpreview for wayland
For example this bash script previews fonts installed in your system. This one uses programs like sxiv, xdotool .There are similiar projects using other programs like ueburzug. These are programs are not compatible with Wayland (natively ofcourse). Is there any alternative for Wayland to preview fonts like that ? Or is it even possible currently ? I would really want to rewrite it for Wayland.
What are some alternatives?
