    Oh I see, yeah the name is the same. Though I just found in this file in the neofetch github this line: cpu="${cpu//with Radeon * Graphics}" Shouldn't this have removed the string by default?

    That's a program called neofetch. Should be in every repository of every GNU/Linux distribution, already just install it with whatever tools you normally use to install software in the repositories.
