Laravel Mix VS PHP Debug Bar

Yeah, I'm the guy who tells you: No one is forcing you to switch to Vite. Laravel Mix still works and will work for the forseeable future. Mix isn't even part of the Laravel GitHub organisation and noone from the core Laravel team has contributed to the package in the last few months.

Let's not forget the time webpack did this but only on Mondays to cut down on spam, causing builds to fail on Mondays

You can also try something like http://phpdebugbar.com/ which maybe will be somewhere in the middle.

This is a package to integrate PHP Debug Bar with Laravel. It includes a Service Provider to register the debugbar and attach it to the output. You can publish assets and configure it through Laravel. It bootstraps some Collectors to work with Laravel and implements a couple custom Data Collectors, specific for Laravel.
