Share ko lang tong browser extension sa mga di nakakaalam, it's called Jiffy Reader. It bolds out the first few letters of every word and it makes reading smooth and easier to understand. This is great for people with ADHD, people who have a hard time concentrating when reading. It's available for most browsers.

Btw there is jiffy reader extension that does make more than bionic reader. It's also available both on chrome and firefox.
