Do you mean web engine? It's hard, but there are some freaks that try to create new ones (apart from WebKit, Blink, Gecko, Goanna): Ekioh Flow, Kosmonaut, Lexbor, Netsurf, Ultralight.

SerenityOS has its own browser made from the ground up. It has a long way to go though. You can goto https://www.youtube.com/c/AndreasKling/videos and look videos with "browser" in the title to see some of the work that goes into improving the browser.

If Windows 12 went back to basics with something like SerenityOS, but support modern niceties like Vulkan, HiDPI, Aero Snap and variable refresh and included it with a Windows 10/11 VM, I think the few people that would complain once there was drivers for it and would get used to it and MS could spend less money on developers.
I have recently got into pixel art, and decided to make something for one of my favourite communities and genres on the internet. I know, this isn't much, but I hope you enjoy it!

Use a superproject approach if you want to have a code generator. SerenityOS moved to a superbuild structure exactly because having additional tools built in a single build simply does not work.
