Why Prusa is floundering, and how you can avoid their fate
There is _a lot_ wrong with Marlin. It is a complex codebase, full with ancient artefacts, litterred with preprocessor ifdefs every 2-3 lines of code, dynamic includes in the middle of CPP files, etc[1]. It's about as unreadable as C++ code gets--well, I guess it's not template metaprogramming.
Klipper by contrast is a breeze to read through[2].
I am very grateful for Marlin, for all of reprap, and everyone who has contributed to it. But saying there is nothing wrong with it is straight up misguided.

Ender 6 + Micro Swiss NG - please share slicer settings with me!
You mention you're OK with tweaking and just need a baseline config, so is there something wrong with the official Ender 6 config from the Klipper github ?

Whatever happened to extended tmc commands
I have no clue about these specific TMC settings and/or the TMC5160s, but it looks like the PR was never finished, only partially without much testing. Also, for people not wanting to read the Reddit post, the PR is here.
Oh i was talking to the guys on the discord and they found this new PR by the same guy. Basically for the same things i think maybe just reworked. https://github.com/Klipper3d/klipper/pull/6139 It implements coolstep and dcstep. From the looks of it, its also sorta done just needs testing and cleaning up from the author? Im not really familiar with the process of merging pull requests at klipper.

update roll back?
But in GitHub we have commit names with 7 symbols - on this page https://github.com/Klipper3d/klipper/commits/master you can use search with 38e79df
How would you find which commit? There's heaps: https://github.com/Klipper3d/klipper/commits/master

Thomas Sanladerer: "Does the Prusa MK4 have what it takes?" [Youtube]
Example: "The feature was ported from BambuStudio, thanks to @bambulab for the initial implementation." https://github.com/prusa3d/PrusaSlicer/releases/tag/version_2.6.0-beta4
I don't agree that PrusaSlicer should've been closed source. Would PrusaSlicer be so good if it didn't have so many open source contributors? I think not. Prusa was able to leverage community development capacity and can then focus more on the overall printing experience, and I think they have mostly done that. Prusa is in the business of selling hardware, not software.

good bye prusa slicer
Funny you say they "don't care". How do you think they prioritize your seams request vs other features? They are probably 4-5 engineers working on PrusaSlicer. The original issue that you commented on (https://github.com/prusa3d/PrusaSlicer/issues/9468) is dated Jan 31st, and has 14 comments. Majority of those by the same people. Compare that to 3,087 open issues on a free open source software. 72 open issues (not counting your "issue" which is just you ranting) just mentioning "seams".

A beginner's resource guide to setting up and fine tuning the Elegoo Neptune 3 Pro/Plus/Max with Klipper and Inovato Quadra (or pi alternative)
Since a few people were asking, here are my own prusa settings that I used to print the benchy in my previous post: https://imgur.com/a/NOv4oDp. For those of you that want to switch, you can download the latest release located here which includes default profiles for the 3 pro/plus/max models.

Mk4 or Bambu X1
It wasn't a big deal to me until a couple months ago when I needed to fix an issue with PrusaSlicer, and was able to fix it myself. If Bambu's slicer is based on Slic3r or PrusaSlicer, then it has the same bug, not fixed yet, and critical for those of us who need true multi-material printing at different material temperatures, but I wouldn't be able to fix it if their code is closed to me.
