Cataclysm: There Is Still Hope
I don't know what launcher people use, but this file on this one defines the cdda repo urls: https://github.com/remyroy/CDDA-Game-Launcher/blob/master/cddagl/constants.py You could probably just changes that file to use tish urls.

New on the game
I highly recommend using a launcher, like the CDDA Launcher (which is not being updated anymore but still works well), or Catapult. These will not only launch the game, but will allow you to easily manage tilesets, soundpacks, save backups, etc.

The best way to play Cataclys:DDA is to download CDDA-Game-Launcher and download the game/mods/tilesets/audio packs through it.

Remyroy launcher is no longer being maintained - Should we leave it in the sidebar?
According to the README on the repo, the remyroy launcher is at end-of-life. Unless someone else picks up the code, I'm not sure it's a good idea to continue to recommend that launcher as time goes by.
