jigsaw VS VuePress

I decided to choose jigsaw as I am familiar with the technologies it's built with (PHP , Tailwind for styling and Blade as template engine) as it will be easy to customize if needed besides that, it comes with decent amount of features out of the box, I barely did any customization to it, just followed the installation instructions and got started.

Also if anyone knows of any third-party templates for Jigsaw, I can't find any except the default blog and docs that they have in their documentation.

I also would argue that the majority of code I see in other languages is equally or worse than the example you gave.

You can write terribly in any language, Laravel included.

We have ~8 Laravel apps and roughly 40-50 Jigsaw projects that we keep up to date like this.

Now, as for what runs the site. It is a static site, using Jigsaw as the framework. Jigsaw uses Laravel’s blade templating. Since one of my goals this year is to learn Laravel, it was the perfect fit for my site. GitHub is where I've decided to store my repos, and Netlify watches for changes to my main branch and rebuilds my site.

VuePress - when I searched if it's supporting what I want (conditional rendering), the first result is a bug issue opened 4 years ago, so it doesn't seem to be a good option.

I'm new to IA Writer, and I'm wanting to use it to draft posts for my Vuepress site.

VitePress is listed in the documents as VuePress' little brother, and it is built on top of Vite. Trying to help build a design system at work in my spare time; no clue if it will go anywhere but it’s fun regardless. I asked the Elm Slack group what the equivalent of React Storybook. Specifically, I wanted a way to build a documentation website like Vuepress with the ability to host native Elm code to showcase components. They pointed me to Elm Book. While Elm Book has built-in theming capabilities, I needed CSS control over my components. While they support elm-css, I wanted the ability to use TailwindCSS. The Elm libraries haven’t kept up with Tailwind’s changes, which is fine; writing raw Tailwind CSS on Elm HTML functions is easy and co-located with the component you’re styling.

Vuepress is a minimalistic static site generator with a Vue-powered theming system and a default theme that has been optimized for writing technical documentation.

You can use auto-import or Vue-Press. You can reference my-project using the auto-import plugin
