In the US perhaps, where I live the whole cyclists vs non-cyclist thing does not exist, everybody is a cyclist, but generally in normal clothes, on a normal bike (not racing, but like this [0]), with no helmet and on bike lanes where you never meet a car.

I feel like advertisements are on a spectrum, and that (let's call them) "first party" advertisements are not what come to people's minds, when they read a title like "Instagram is using my face on ads targeted at me". The top results all relate to advertise something on Instagram that is not Meta-related.
