Recently during games my cpu goes to 100% and i barely get 30fps on games that used to run at 60fps easily.
Simply put: Memreduct is an app that cleans up processes and memory to help improve FPS.

Game keeps crashing with no error message. Seems to be related to page file size?
I experience the same when i have Firefox open with some tabs and running Discord in the background. What helped to some degree is to have this tool running in the background and cleaning the memory when it is over ~60%. Make sure to activate everything in the "Clean Area" menu.

Heyy buddy, I think I have a soln. Your ram may not be the problem, try rendering the project with different version of openshot. The version I use is Openshot 3.0.0 (daily builds 2023-02-15 22:55, 64bit) And I will recommend you using this exe to free some of your ram before rendering : https://www.henrypp.org/product/memreduct I also used this software when I had 4gb of ram. I want to upgrade from 16gb RAM to 32gb. I'm worried my PC will only use 16gb still since total physical memory is 16gb. What can I do?
however ive been using an app called Memreduct by henrypp Releases ยท henrypp/memreduct (github.com) where you can set it to clean memory once it hits a certain threshold you set

Can SignalRGB be harmful to ram?

Is there a script that lowers a Roblox windows memory usage?
No, however there is a program for it which is mem reduct https://www.henrypp.org/product/memreduct you can set it to clean your memory every minute. But please tell me how you get your cpu usage to 1 percent? I set my fps cap to 1 and disabled rendering, but still get 3 cpu usage with synapse x! I have been trying to find ways to lower cpu usage since 2021!
