Imapsync is an IMAP transfers tool. The purpose of imapsync is to migrate IMAP accounts or to backup IMAP accounts. There are two solutions for this 1. Using a tool called imap-sync to sync all your emails (it has a great incremental sync). You can run it periodically via cron 2. Using the same or similar tool and export to a database.

How do I migrate Workspace from a reseller?
I'll assume you want to use another domain in the new Workspace account you will create for her. If that's true, just use imapsync to migrate her emails from the current account to the new one. This tool will migrate all emails, labels and attachments. You only need to enable 2FA and create an App Password for both the source and destination account and have IMAP enabled. Backing up mails with MailPlus Server (MPS)
I would consider using Mail Server (not plus) instead. Set up an account for each of the users, then use IMAPSYNC (https://imapsync.lamiral.info/) to backup mail from the original server to the Synology.
