The Twitter Ranking Algorithm
Yep, it's gonna just be like when they "open-sourced" their image cropping algorithm and it's just that they provided the model and didn't specify their training data. Granted, yes, you can provide analysis like they did on Github [1] but you don't know _why_ it's outputting something.

Yea re-reading my plan I realize data collection was kinda unneeded! Look through this model https://github.com/chandrikadeb7/Face-Mask-Detection it's one of the better ones I've seen. I'm sure there's a competent dev out there who could take this and help you out. Good luck!!
