Is impossible to downgrade iOS 7 because the SEP is doesn't compatible, but you can iOS 10.3.3 with ota-downgrader https://github.com/LukeZGD/iOS-OTA-Downgrader

[Question] I have an iPhone 4 on 7.0.2. I‘m trying to save onboard blobs using ios ota downgrader. ibec stuck at 63.7%. Any ideas or alternatives?

I had plans to add an onboard blob dumping feature, but lost interest in it. For those interested, A5-A6X-Blobs-Dumper CAN be updated for Linux and Windows.
