The monthly data I showcased is scraped from HLTV stats page which provides percentage of top weapons used in a month. For example, you can see that AK usage is around 36.24% for the month of March 2021. So, basically I queried the data for each month from August 2012 till March 2021 and stored it in this JSON file.
