Best way to pirate music? (Still deemix?)
Windows/Linux/Android: Harmonoid. If you want the Android app make sure you download the version from this link and not the Play Store, because that version removes the YTM streaming.

PSA: There is a new awesome foss music player!
On the github releases page there is only the source code, no apks, and it says "Downloads are available on the project website". But as said that doesn't work for me. Do you maybe have a direct link?

Music App for Linux?
Harmonoid This one is both a regular music player for local files and it has a Youtube Music Search/Playlist. It is basically everything in the paid Youtube Music Premium....for free. You can also get the android app with FDroid if you add extra repos to Fdroid. Highly recommend this one.

I tested all FOSS music players and concluded they're all imperfect
Music Player Lite is incomplete with many missing features. It's unusable since it sorts songs in an album in alphabetical order. It has a dropdown menu where you can select the folders (the app has picked up) to exclude, this is way better than navigating through all directories in /sdcard.
