Looking for advice - Busy/On Phone Sign
You can also control on desktop, which might make the most sense if you're already working and looking at your screen. I use HA Menu on Mac for quick access to all my HA entities from the menubar. But just as easily could just keep my dashboard open in a browser tab for quick toggling.

Wow this is great timing. I've started doing pomodoro more and was looking for a decent app to use. I settled on https://github.com/ivoronin/TomatoBar for Mac since it's simple and open source. It doesn't have the option to show how many you did in a day which I would like so I'll give the one you shared a try.
