For PC only : there is a mod on GitHub called terraform that allow you to dig into the ground with some specific bucket... It will change ground paint and fill the bucket with the selected material Stone/Dirt/etc ..... https://github.com/scfmod/FS22_TerraFarm

There is already a terraforming mod https://github.com/scfmod/FS22_TerraFarm You need a PC to run it though because it has scripts.
