Arch simply has never failed me (gamer)
Afaik the proper solution is to use https://github.com/Antynea/grub-btrfs/blob/master/initramfs/readme.md and/or rollback the root to a snapshot.

BTRFS restore question — newb, be gentle
Something I noticed is that the instructions here before step 2 suggest that the files /etc/initcpio/install/grub-btrfs-overlayfs and /etc/initcpio/hooks/grub-btrfs-overlayfs might exist, and they don't for me. Worth noting that I installed through pacman, which may be a reason they don't exist if I'm reading those instructions correctly.

How to replicate SpiralLinux snapshot + rollback in plain debian?
In Debian, I see that there is a custom installer "Spiral Linux" (https://spirallinux.github.io) with non-default settings that achieves the same kind of mechanism using "grub-btrfs" (https://github.com/Antynea/grub-btrfs) in combination with "snapper-rollback" (https://github.com/jrabinow/snapper-rollback) and a BTRFS subvolume layout suggested by the Arch wiki (https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Snapper#Suggested_filesystem_layout).

A great "How-To" for setting up Timeshift and grub-btrfs on Ubuntu 22.04LTS w/Timeshif's Auto-Snapshot for every APT-GET you do
grub-btrfs - Improves grub by adding "btrfs snapshots" to the grub menu. You can boot your system on a "snapshot" from the grub menu. Supports manual snapshots, snapper, TimeShift ... timeshift-autosnap-apt - * Timeshift auto-snapshot script which runs before any apt/apt-get update|install|remove using a DPkg::Pre-Invoke hook in APT.

Endeavor vs Vanilla arch?
The related issue https://github.com/archlinux/archinstall/issues/1111 implies it's fixed, but either way, you can just securely delete your password after the install.

Does Archinstall have any downsides?
Still feels that it is in rapid development phase, rather than just maintenance, last month I encountered this bug
-
"Failed to install packages to new root\r\n" (Archinstall script)
The problem has been fixed in Git, we'll just have to wait for the fix to be released in the next version of archinstall.

Arch server ?
If you use a configuration file and don't use custom-commands, there is no problem whatsoever. I do believe Archinstall's developers are going to make sure no declaration will fail. That being said, looking at their bug tracker, it looks like Arch is moving a bit too fast for them too as there are installation-blocking bugs regularly showing up (and usually solved swiftly!) but do you want to wait for 2 months to redeploy your system your secondary disk is confusing the installer?

Can i find the script of Archinstall?
reading https://github.com/archlinux/archinstall or just read the arch installation wiki is pretty much just does that
The archinstall script source code can be found on GitHub/archlinux/archinstall.
