In fact, you can’t use GraphQL API or other tools like GraphQL Tools (https://www.graphql-tools.com) to parse AppSync GraphQL files. This library has been deprecated for a long time and the authors have been encouraging people to migrate to other libraries. I seriously doubt that they will fix it. People should not be using it.
