Rounded Corners on Pijulius Picom fork
The picom fork you are using had its last commit over a year ago and is based on vNext, which came before regular picom introduced rounded corner support in v9-rc1 earlier this year.

How can I achieve theme like this on XFCE?
https://github.com/yshui/picom, build from the latest git commit and `dual-kawase` blur enabled in the config. As a starting point, you may want to try my picom config (which tries to balance effects while not being annoying or overly distracting).
