Hello! How can I download the file of GM_Fork to use it on a multiplayer server that I created?
You could use a tool, like GmPublisher: https://github.com/WilliamVenner/gmpublisher/releases
-
How to make a technical swep ?
If you're good with lua coding, you can use Gmpublisher, to easily decompile existing addons to see how they do what they do, and use them as references for your own SWEP.

Need help posting a map to the Gmod workshop, don't know how and i can't find anything that works on youtube
try GMPublisher

when i drop my addon onto Gmad.exe. it only opens a window for a millisecond and immediately closes, and nothing else happens.
I'm sorry you had to wait so long, but use gmpublisher instead. GMad sucks ass SO hard, and gmpublisher saved me when I had no idea wtf I was doing when I wanted to publish a mod, the same thing happened to me.

A list of new(ish) command line tools – Julia Evans
Shameless plug: a tool I wrote to manage downloads directory :)

What's your favorite ls and/or cd replacements, alternatives or helpers?
Mine alternatives/helpers bringing a new extra functionality are the following: - https://github.com/facebook/pathpicker/ - Facebook PathPicker is a simple command line tool that solves the perpetual problem of selecting files out of bash output. - https://github.com/jhspetersson/fselect - Find files with SQL-like queries - https://github.com/junegunn/fzf - fzf is a general-purpose command-line fuzzy finder.

Awesome Rewrite It In Rust - A curated list of replacements for existing software written in Rust
I really like fselect, which I use more than fd

Ask HN: What are some tools / libraries you built yourself?
https://github.com/jhspetersson/fselect
A tiny tool I wrote to search within file piles (mostly unsorted downloads, torrents, and such). I could never remember `find` options, and more advanced queries are a pain. Now one can use some kind of SQL flavor to get the job done.
