This Docker image is designed to support implementing Github Actions with Python. As of version 4.0.0., it starts with the official python docker image as the base which is a Debian OS. It specifically uses python:3-slim to keep the image size down for faster loading of Github Actions that use pyaction. On top of the base, we've installed curl gpg, git, and the GitHub CLI. You then want to make a single movie library that uses the /Movies path. That way when movies are "upgraded" you don't have to have that new library download new metadata. Plex natively doesn't have auto collection creation but you can use something like Plex Meta Manager. I'd try to figure it out using their wiki but if you can't or need help they seem to have a discord. Just quickly looking you can make collections by resolution so I assume there is some way to base it on audio type.
