It seems there is quite a bit projects of github that do exactly that. Did not try any of them but from first Google suggestions : https://github.com/dvingerh/genshin-audio-exporter ( Just warning if running this program will burn up your computer hack your bank account and sell your house to nigerian princess, it's not my fault.

If someone is looking for a possibility to do this with C#, I can recommend atl.net [1] library. Currently I am working on a tagging command line tool called `tone` that utilizes the library to do awesome stuff :-)
