geckolib VS PolyMc

It uses the plugin Geckolib and it works wonders, highly recommend trying it out

Geckolib is incompatible with some other mod you have. It had the same incompatibility problem with Epic fight mod but that was fixed. See: https://github.com/bernie-g/geckolib/issues/187 Try removing mods until it starts to find out which mod is incompatible.

I'm using GeckoLib and followed their [wiki guide](https://github.com/bernie-g/geckolib/wiki/Miscellaneous), but the living animations seem to overrule the custom animations. They work fine if I remove setLivingAnimations. Does this work, or if not, is there a workaround?

HOWEVER, you might get away with more heavy mods by using PolyMc (not to be confused with the launcher of the same name) which allows for vanilla JE clients to join a modded server without instaling the mods; this should in theory allow your console friends to join.

PolyMC appears to be completely unrelated.

Oof, bad name. I looked it up and the first thing I found was this. I was wondering why it was not mentioning anything related to MultiMC or a launcher...

There's also PolyMC which converts existing mods to be serverside only https://github.com/TheEpicBlock/PolyMc

And if it does add modded blocks you can try using PolyMC as well.
