I have been wanting something similar that works with Polyglot. The module itself converts chat messages to runes if your character doesn't know the language being spoken. I would love something that similarly scrambled voice chat if the character didn't speak the language.

check minimal ui, if its compatible with your system its great at making the interface nice for low resolution screens: smaller icons, everything can be hidden, it also looks nice.
