How to find bottom-up approach in DP problems?
I didn't use any resource for learning DP specifically. I read this and some general purpose algorithms books. After that I just solve Leetcode / hackerrank and check in solutions of I don't get answer. I am pretty n00b btw.

How to do LC hard questions ?
good difficulty estimate of lc questions start with H- from this list, then do H. I started with H-, I could see some good improvements. The transition from H- to H was a bit overwhelming though.

Is Striver's SDE Sheet enough for placements? What all resources should I refer to for placement preparation?
If you still want to solve more questions, wisdompeak will be a great resource. Obviously you don't need to solve every question. Most of those are interesting and you can filter as you solve more and more questions.
What are some alternatives?

Grokking-the-Coding-Interview-Patterns - This course categorizes coding interview problems into a set of 16 patterns. Each pattern will be a complete tool - consisting of data structures, algorithms, and analysis techniques - to solve a specific category of problems. The goal is to develop an understanding of the underlying pattern, so that, we can apply that pattern to solve other problems. [UnavailableForLegalReasons - Repository access blocked]
