three educational courses- Web Dev, ML, and IoT for beginners. Note re using educational resources as a strategy for marketing , at least the ML course links to various Azure services. Google does this a bunch as well, with Collab notebooks often being used to demo educational materials.

A really good place to start is learning web development, since it has one of the lowest barriers to entry (All you need is a web browser) and it's easy to "see" your progress. If you want a job with high salary, then here is a free code course created by microsoft: https://github.com/microsoft/Web-Dev-For-Beginners . If you follow this tutorial created by microsoft you will be a job-ready web developer in 3 months (or less if you take the course really aggressively). For beginner, in my country salary would be about 1000€+/-

Web Dev For Beginners is a newer course on just HTML, CSS and JS for beginners from Microsoft. For React, Full Stack Open which has been mentioned in another comment is probably the best resource for beginners.
