[GUIDE] Creating native applications for web-apps on Linux
Hamsket (GitHub): Free fork of Rambox's original open-source version. Extremely ugly icon and extremely ugly GUI.

Native apps or Something like Ferdium?
Hi all, what are your opinions on using native apps vs using something like Ferdium or Hamsket in terms of performance, convinience, and safety?
-
Best alternatives now that Ferdi is gone
Hamsket - Originally forked from an older version of Rambox, back when Rambox switched to a "freemium" model. I actually used this for a good while before coming to Ferdi. The interface is simple and clean. Unfortunately, it's maintained by just one person who seems a bit overwhelmed. I had issues with it being able to log into Google services, forgetting all of my account data, not opening links… hence why I switched to Ferdi eventually.
- Ferdi is officially gone
- Workaround for Franz users
What are some alternatives?
Ferdi - Ferdi is a free and opensource all-in-one desktop app that helps you organize how you use your favourite apps
Ferdium - Ferdium is a desktop app that helps you organize how you use your favourite apps by combining them into one application.
ferdium - Ferdi when Ferdi is gone
community-edition - Free and Open Source messaging and emailing app that combines common web applications into one.
Tangram - Browser for your pinned tabs
rc-dock - Dock Layout for React Component
