  • xBrowserSync API on Synology
    1 project | /r/synology | 2 Aug 2021
So i'm trying to put up a self hosted bookmarking service on my DS920+. It seems that currently the best option would be xBrowserSync. I've tried to set up the docker image, and it seems that there are 2 options: the 'production ready' docker compose file, and the DIY set up db and rest yourself. The option 1 installs MongoDb and Caddy reverse proxy. I would prefer to use built in reverse proxy, instead of installing additional software of same functionality. But installing separately API image and MongoDb led to constant restarting of the container, with no logs available. Has anyone been able to succesfully configure this service on Synology?
