Activity is a relative number indicating how actively a project is being developed. Recent commits have higher weight than older ones.

Flameshot – Powerful, yet simple to use open-source screenshot software
For screenshots I use 'scrot' and then open the image in gimp if I need to crop or edit further.
Seems very simple to me and avoids browsers, cloud storage, and other potential pitfalls.

I ran 'time tree' once on the gnome-terminal and then on tty3 on my Ubuntu 20.04.2 install in the '/' directory. These are the final outputs.
