Using Yew with Firebase
Long story short, I am forced to use Firebase for a certain PWA, but I thought I use this as a chance to learn frontend development, most likely with yew. I found a crate for that, but I'm not sure how to integrate it into yew app. What I'd like to do is to have authorize user's Google account and then have the app work on that user's data at Firestore.

Been trying to start an app from scratch but had an epiphany, could I download pre-made open source apps or templates as starting points, and just change some elements to make it essentially my own app?

2021 - A year in review
Another thing I maintain is an Expo Community project that integrates Firebase JS SDK in an Expo app. Since the Expo SDK's exponential growth in the past year with the awesome tooling, Developer Experience (DX), and support for native modules, I have some thoughts on what changes I'll be doing next year.
