Bounty to fix Monero Bounties Site
The bounties bot is written in GO , but it is quite simple in function. I could remake it in Python. As it is just an external script that posts when a view only wallet receives a donation (that's my bread and butter) i recently done some work to help the bounties admins here .

[Warning] Do not donate anything to the BCH-XMR bounty of the monero-bounties community, they go back to their word and only pay their own developers.
That said, the payout process for Monero Bounties -- which is a new system created within the last three months or so -- has been unnecessarily opaque, as u/KnowledgeMurky9635 (a.k.a. plowsof) can attest. I have advocated for more transparency and some improvements have been made.
- Another one! j-berman has stepped up to the plate and wallet sync times could get substantially reduced (50-70%)

BCH Builders - An idea for collaboration in BCH
For some ideas about marketing and coordination, look to Monero, another decentralized protocol. Their main website is great. There is an internal news feed. They have a meme site that is similar to what you were discussing in the VOD. Their centralized funding system leaves something to be desired, but they are starting to remedy that with a bounties system as well as a simple wishlist. They are even tapping into the NFT economy to fund their work. u/KnowledgeMurky9635 has an active Flipstarter to bring the wishlist functionality to BCH -- only about 1 BCH needed before the campaign expires in 17 days.
