Native apps or Something like Ferdium?
Hi all, what are your opinions on using native apps vs using something like Ferdium or Hamsket in terms of performance, convinience, and safety?
-
Best alternatives now that Ferdi is gone
Hamsket - Originally forked from an older version of Rambox, back when Rambox switched to a "freemium" model. I actually used this for a good while before coming to Ferdi. The interface is simple and clean. Unfortunately, it's maintained by just one person who seems a bit overwhelmed. I had issues with it being able to log into Google services, forgetting all of my account data, not opening links… hence why I switched to Ferdi eventually.
