i want to build a USB Marco pad with ESP32 so it can be Bluetooth compatible (wireless). I'm also looking forward to adding vial support. Is it possible, anyone can help me with that?? please
Yes it can, but I'm leaning more to make it wireless (if it does have ton of latency). For the USB host thing I'm thinking to use https://github.com/asterics/esp32_mouse_keyboard but it don't understand the piece of code 100%, looking more into it. If there is any suggestions or criticism I'm open for it, Thank you

How to create USB HID Keyboard device on Esp32-S2?
You will find very little esp-idf based resources, outside of the espressif documentation. If you dive in, you might be able to get it. I’ve been trying to figure out how to get a proS3 board to be used as the controller for a Bluetooth keyboard. Your hill is steep. But it can be done MK32 aaaaaand that’s the end of esp-idf related links, in case anyone gets annoyed by links that are not esp-idf, be forewarned the next links are just that. hackaday asterics t-vK best of luck, I truly hope you figure it out and leave breadcrumbs for the rest of us. Or sell your esp s2 board for the big bucks.

Guidance on choosing library for a wireless HID mouse
https://github.com/asterics/esp32_mouse_keyboard (esp32 based library, would need to learn how to use that processor and not sure if supported properly in arduino IDE)

How to receive data on HID device?
https://github.com/tcoppex/mbed-ble-hid/blob/master/src/services/HIDGamepadService.cpp , the hid_report_map descriptor needs to be modified. The original input report needs to have a report ID, and then a new section needs to be added as a output or feature report, with its own report ID. This is a bit of a mess to research because there's no real standardization. PlayStation controllers have their own format, Xbox has a different one.

Guidance on choosing library for a wireless HID mouse
https://github.com/tcoppex/mbed-ble-hid (mbedOS library, code seems different then the arduino sketches I’ve seen so far and is difficult to understand)
