    As someone who regularly contributed to emulsion, I can confirm that parsing and rendering a 20 MB image file in debug mode can take several seconds, although it is much faster in release mode.
  • Would someone be willing to revive the Emulsion Image Viewer project?

    There are a few mild issues, which are listed in the original repository. There's a fork that u/AldaronLau made https://github.com/ardaku/alloy . I personally don't have the free time to help maintain the project (though working on such a project would be an amazing learning experience if I could).
