Elza Browser with a Proxy or VPN is a good alternative.

There is the Elza Browser GitHub It is a Chromium based Tor type browser, it is very vanilla, you can't make many changes, you can't use extensions etc... to make all users of the browser look the same similar to what Tor Browser does.

Tribler is made exactly for decentralized sharing of torrents. Wikipedia describes it as an overlay network for content searching. It doesn't seem to have enough content the few times i've tried it, but it should exactly be the solution for centralized tracker/torrent sites.

You kid, but our research group developed Tribler which is a safer, more privacy-oriented torrenting client for BitTorrent networks. We have many Ph.Ds who literally are professional pirates :D

Wish more people would use Tribler.

Can you filter the 95% spam and dead torrents?

It's very very hard what you are trying to do. Takes lots of effort to be somewhat usable. It's duplicating Google, withou their monopoly. A few have tried. My university lab has been building a torrent search engine for 17 years and 3 months. Fully decentralised, no servers, no browser, now called Web3. Burning 7 million Euro in tax payer money, building a distributed ledger in Sep 2007. So expect a long road ahead. (our engine: https://github.com/Tribler/tribler/wiki)
