Stars - the number of stars that a project has on GitHub. Growth - month over month growth in stars.
Activity is a relative number indicating how actively a project is being developed. Recent commits have higher weight than older ones.
For example, an activity of 9.0 indicates that a project is amongst the top 10% of the most actively developed projects that we are tracking.

Windows 11 stuttering
Right now im using this https://github.com/Sporif/dxvk-async with dxvk.enableAsync=true, it works but i got transparent assets 1-2s before it load completely, is that normal?
-
Intel Arc A770 - Tomb Raider 2013 (driver 4502) (it's not good)
I also tested out Unity on my system and got the same results as you to which DXVK gplasync or the older DXVK-Async "band-aid" fixed it. Really, that's the only thing that does address issues with DX11

Missing floor textures in GTA 4
DXVK Async: This is a file that converts the game from DirectX9 to Vulkan, this helps alleviate issues with stuttering and massive frame drops. This version has async which renders shaders faster so it has less stuttering than regular DXVK.

Why is the remake running so bad despite having better than the recommended components?

Is there a guide somewhere on how to use DXVK with CoH on Windows?
The plan is to use dxvk & dxvk-async on top of that.

Stuck with an Intel laptop and the game doesn't work? Try DXVK
About 10 minutes later all the tracks that were previously causing a crash worked (almost) without flaw. The only issue I noticed was that some signs using external images (loaded from a url) show up as blank. Performance is largely fine (I can hit 60fps no problem, but frametimes seem to be a little uneven resulting in occasional hitches. I suspect this could be fixed with dxvk-async https://github.com/Sporif/dxvk-async but I have not experimented with that). I used this for the rest of my trip and didn't have a single problem.
DXVK Async is actually starting to break, and is going to be replaced with the GraphicsPipelineLibrary on Linux. Don't know how compatible that is with Windows.

Vulkan Support for older PC games (e.g. Warcraft 3, Starcraft etc.)
Worry not, if you want to play Windows games on Linux, you will use Wine, and Wine has codepaths for very old DirectX versions, it translates it to OpenGL. Alternatively if you really insist there is D8VK although it shouldn't be necessary. For DirectX games that use DirectX 9, 10, or 11 you are covered with DXVK which translates those APIs into Vulkan. And for DirectX 12 games you're back to Wine with WineD3D which will do translation to Vulkan. Technically WineD3D supports every DirectX version, but DirectX 9, 10, and 11 codepaths are half finished, buggy, and less performant, that's why DXVK exists.

How the f*** does Proton works so amazingly well?
No, it does not. Check the readme - https://github.com/doitsujin/dxvk DX12 goes through this - https://github.com/HansKristian-Work/vkd3d-proton

Wine cant play game RPG on Linux mint
If you have a proper GPU (AMD or nvidia less than 10 years old basically), you'll need Vulkan packages installed (they probably are) and install DXVK in your Wine prefix.
- Intel's DX11 support
-
Lutris Install on Fedora
As last resort, you can try to install GW2 manually in its own prefix, using latest custom wine for Lutris from here and latest DXVK from here.
-
A lot of bugs playing games on lutris (red dead redemption)
iirc 0114:fixme:d3d12_device_get_format_support means its using wine default implementation and not vkd3d/dxvk, it should work with proprietary drivers but amdgpu is recommended.

Does the Proton fix for Elden Ring stuttering issues work on any Linux PC?
You could try DXVK on Windows to see if it helps. You just have to extract the files in the x64 folder into the same folder as ELDENRING.exe

Screen-Tearing making it look like lower FPS on certain parts of screen.
Here's the list of the settings. Here is the info on how to use those in form of env variables (on Windows, I use them as dxvk.conf next to .exe).

DXVK DLLs - Marzent versus Doitsujin?
Just a quick question. So I was just setting up Crossover and downloaded the newest DXVK DLLs. I noticed there's the Marzent version and the original Doitsujin one. What's the difference between these, and which should be used for Crossover?
What are some alternatives?
